How do you stop an AI voice mispronouncing a name?

In short
Add the word to the workspace pronunciation dictionary, spelled the way it should sound, once. Every voice, project, retry and teammate on the account inherits the fix from then on. Do it before a long render, not after finding the same name wrong in nineteen chapters.
Spelling it so it sounds right
Write the replacement the way an English reader would say it, not in a phonetic alphabet: "Naadly" as "nahd-lee", "Siobhan" as "shiv-awn". Test it on one line, adjust the hyphens, and move on - two attempts is normal, and the second one is usually about which syllable is stressed.
- Acronyms: spell them out with spaces if they are said as letters ("A P I"), as a word if they are not ("nasa").
- Numbers and dates: write what should be heard - "twenty twenty-six", not "2026".
- Units: "kilograms", not "kg", unless you like hearing "kay-gee".
- Homographs: "lead" and "read" need the context word changed, not a dictionary entry.
The dictionary is per workspace, so a fix applies to every voice, project and teammate, and to the API - which is the point.
