Terms of sale and licence

What you are buying

A monthly or yearly subscription to a plan on this service. Each plan's limits are listed on the pricing page and enforced in the product, so the limits you see are the limits you get.

• Pro — $15 a month or $150 a year (for one creator).
• Unlimited — $39 a month or $390 a year (for a studio).
• Reseller / White-label — $99 a month or $990 a year (sell it as yours).

Yearly plans are priced at ten months, so two months are free.

Who charges you

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. They collect applicable sales tax, VAT or GST and issue your invoice. Card details are entered on their hosted checkout and are never sent to or stored by us.

The audio you make

You own the output you generate and may use it commercially, including in paid client work, on the terms of the underlying voice licences. Every voice in the catalogue is licence-checked for commercial use and each licence and its required attribution is listed on the licences page. Where a licence requires attribution, that requirement is yours to honour.

Generated speech is watermarked and marked as synthetic. That is a compliance feature, not a restriction on your usage rights, and it stays. Audio you upload for cleanup is your own recording and is returned unmarked.

Cloning and consent

You may only clone or convert a voice you have the right to use: your own, or one whose owner has given informed consent. Uploading someone's voice without permission is a breach of these terms and grounds for closing the account. The product records a consent statement with each cloned voice, and those records are kept after deletion of the voice itself.

Fair use of a self-hosted service

Uncapped plans are limited by what the service can physically render, and the queue is shared. Automated abuse, resale of raw engine access outside the reseller plan, and attempts to circumvent metering are not covered by "unlimited". Indian-language, transcription and translation volumes are metered on every plan because they cost real compute per minute; the numbers are on the pricing page.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account then drops to the Free plan. Nothing you generated is deleted when a plan lapses.

If the service does not work for you, contact support within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it.

Availability

This is a self-hosted service on commodity containers. We do not offer an uptime SLA on these plans, and a queued job can be slower at busy times. We do not delete your generated audio or projects while your account exists.
